🐟 Golden Glazed Demerara Salmon – Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 4):
-4 salmon fillets
-Salt and pepper, to taste
-1/4 cup Bartender’s Secret Sauce Demerara Syrup
-2 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp Dijon mustard
-1 tbsp olive oil
-1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
-Chopped parsley and lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Season salmon with salt and pepper and place on a lined baking sheet.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together Demerara Syrup, soy sauce, Dijon, olive oil, and lemon juice.
4. Brush glaze over salmon.
5. Bake 12–15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
6. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
✨ Why It Works
Demerara Syrup adds natural sweetness and body to the glaze, giving the salmon a glossy, golden finish without the need for refined sugars. The subtle molasses note pairs beautifully with the umami from the soy and the brightness of fresh lemon—making it a simple upgrade with bold results.
