At Bartender's Secret Sauce Cocktail Syrups, your satisfaction is our priority. We do not accept returns of opened or discounted items. However, if you receive damaged or defective products, we are more than happy to replace them. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at info@bartenderssecretsauce.com within 14 days of receiving your order. For a swift resolution, include photos of the damaged items and packaging in your email.
RETURNS
Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company; there may be a processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@bartenderssecretsauce.com.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
